This retreat is an ongoing retreat meaning there are different start dates to the retreat, and therefore, we do have a continual changeover of guests. It is not a retreat that starts and ends on a given date. It is more like a package holiday. Hence, please note that while you might be sharing your time there with other guests who are there at the same time as you, you might also be the only one taking the retreat at the time. The styles of yoga offered are Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga, and are part of the weekly schedule. The classes are held in English and the teachers will lead you according to your level of expertise.
So, weather you are a beginner or an advanced yogi, you will feel comfortable and challenged.
The classes are held every day at 08:30 a.m. and at 06:00 p.m. While there are two classes per day, the number of classes will vary according to the time of your arrival and departure, and please note that Saturdays and Sundays there is only one class in the morning.
After your class, you can roam freely for the rest of the day through Tulum and explore its beaches, ruins, cenotes and jungle. You will get a free bicycle so you can drive around town or drive to the beach. The distance to the beach is 7 km and you can get there by bike or taxi.
Make the most of your stay by visiting the on-site organic farm which produces yummy, fresh, produce for our two restaurants. The farm is designed according to permaculture principles and features over 30 raised grow beds, dry toilets, a nursery, compost piles, and drip irrigation systems.
For over 8 years, we have been growing Arugula, Basil, Lettuce, Chard, Kale, Pak Choi, Tomatoes, Eggplants, Habanero, Mizuna, peppers, Moringa, papaya, bananas, and many other goodies without the use of pesticides or GMO seeds.
We work the farm by hand and nourish and build our own soil by adding layers of their own rich homemade compost. Please drop by for a visit!

REAL COCONUT RESTAURANT
There is a restaurant on site that you can enjoy called REAL COCONUT. It is a 5 star restaurant located on our on-site farm steps away from our Yoga Shala created by Daniella Hunter
Real Coconut is a little gem based on their plant-based menu. Everything is made in-house and from scratch. Most of their vegetables and spices are grown on the on-site farm; The rest is sourced from the freshest and best local produce and ingredients from neighboring farms of Yucatan that they collaborate with.
Their signature dishes will take you through a culinary experience filled with creativity.
The meal plan is not included in this retreat.
Note: Real Coconut will open on Aug 1st, 2022.
Unfortunately due to COVID, our own site restaurant LOU CAFE is still closed and we are uncertain on when it will open again. Nevertheless, there are many healthy available options of restaurants nearby including Verdant which is the other restaurant located on our property, and which offers organic, artisan-made farm to table food. To keep things easier, we have decided to therefore offer the package without a meal plan so you can decide where to eat yourself.
There is a restaurant on site that you can enjoy called Verdant. Verdant is a 5 star restaurant located on our on-site farm steps away from our Yoga Shala created by Chefs Maya Scales and Ben Coe from San Francisco.
Verdant is a little gem based around their artisanal wood fired oven. Everything is made in house and from scratch.
