4 Day “Recalibrating the Heart” Full Moon Gazing Retreat

Our Heart’s electromagnetic energy field is 5,000 times greater than our brain’s, and it naturally radiates six feet beyond our physical body. The Heart has a significant influence on the body down to the cellular level.

Dive deep into the science of the heart and expand its electromagnetic energy field. Awaken to the language of your body’s life-force: your physical, energetic, mental, and emotional layers as we combine sessions of breathing, guided meditations, deep restorative stretching, gentle and hatha yoga, chi gong, free-flowing mindful movement, forest bathing, Moon Rise gazing and dancing.

Each day you will be spoiled and nourished with homemade organic vegetarian and vegan dishes to accompany this wellness journey and afforded free time to walk the land, visit the local hot springs or simply take a nap under the oaks.

In the modern world, lack of movement and our sedentary lifestyle promotes stagnation and improper function of our bodies. When coupled with unhealthy mental and emotional patterns we disconnect from the core of who we are and our purpose here on Earth.

This has a daily effect on our body’s electromagnetic field, leading to poor quality of health, dysfunctional relationships and the epidemic of dis-ease we face collectively now. By using mindful movement, meditation, and other self-awareness practices we learn to establish emotional balance, clarity, and peace. These practices become skills we can use to balance the electromagnetic field within our body.

YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:

• 4 days/ 3 nights accommodation (Friday to Monday) 9 vegetarian meals
• Daily morning Pranayam/Yoga/Meditation classes (all-level classes)
• Evening 3 hour Restorative Heart Opening Workshop
• Forest Bathing Excursion to the Trail of 100 Giants and Moonrise ceremony on Dome Rock (loations will be changed for surrounding Nature locations during winter retreats in December and Janurary)
• Talks on the science of the heart and understanding its electromagnetic field
• Long mindful walks through the oaks and rolling hills
• A digital take home Pranayam Practice
