Greatest awareness was witness to healing the body naturally through Polarity Therapy, my own body.
My journey to heal the body naturally directed my self study at a very young age. I was frustrated with medicine as it attempted to toss a prescription for every ailment. My belief is that there is a root cause and I wanted that answer, not just treatment for a symptom.
As a result, it became clear to me that in order to heal the body naturally we must find the energetic and physical balance to return the body to a state of homeostasis. I began to realize the amazing healing of my own body while receiving my own personal polarity sessions. At the same time witnessing clients experience more balance and joy in their lives.
So with many years of exploration and education into the fields of psychology, substance abuse, metaphysical science, energy balance, and the brain bring me to this place today offering a comprehensive healing arts center where you can explore as well.
As we partner to support your healing journey we explore both the emotional and physical with the goal of bringing your body back to homeostasis where it can heal itself.
